a decent stay near the park

central location helpful staff basic room broken handle

the location really is hard to beat. it's just a short walk to the park and very close to public transport, this made getting around very easy. the staff were always friendly and happy to help with any questions i had, which i appreciated!!!

the room i was given was quite basic. there wasn't much space between the beds and only one locker was available.

great location helpful staff broken tv small room

I liked the location. It was convenient to get around. the staff were also friendly and helpful during check-in. we were provided with coffee, tea, and a kettle. i appreciated this as it allowed me to have my morning coffee without leaving.

the tv in my room did not work. the screen was to be broken and this made relaxing difficult. i found the room to be quite small and somewhat claustrophobic. it felt a bit run down with noticeable gaps in the carpet.

The location has easy access to transportation. Several shops were nearby. The front desk staff were helpful when I had questions. Check-in was easy and fast.

The bathroom was small. I found it difficult to manage toiletries. The ventilation was not sufficient in the room during warmer weather.

Impressed with the service and location

superb staff smooth check-in sufficient cooling cozy bed

The staff were superb and very accommodating. The room matched the photos and had sufficient cooling during the heatwave, a welcome surprise. I appreciated the central location that allowed me to commute fast. The bed was cozy and provided a good night's sleep.

The television did not function. The screen looked to have a fault.

Excellent Location and Clean Room!

I loved how close the hotel was to everything! Two train stations were just a short walk away, and bus access was very convenient. The staff was helpful. They answered all my questions. I found the room clean and tidy.
